1. This New Player Casino Welcome Offer is only available to new players who have never played at Royal Panda from 20th July 2023 until further notice, and have selected the Casino Welcome Offer on sign-up.
2. This New Player Casino Welcome Offer replaces the Standard Player Casino Welcome Offer.
3. The player has 7 days from registration to activate and play towards their New Player Casino Welcome Offer. Players must deposit, wager & claim any unlocked reward/s, part of the Welcome Offer, within this time frame.
4. Once a New Player Casino Welcome Deposit Card has been completed, the next New Player Casino Welcome Deposit Card will become available. A total of three (3) New Player Casino Welcome Deposit Cards are available to each new player.
5. For each Deposit Card that the player decides to activate, in order to receive the reward/s, the player needs to make a minimum deposit of $10 and meet the wagering requirements to activate the offer, after which the reward/s will become available.
6. The player's deposit amount will determine the quantity and value of reward/s received.
7. 1st Deposit Card
   • Depositing $10 or more will award players with a 100% matched deposit cash reward of up to $500, after wagering requirements are met.
8. 2nd Deposit Card
   • Depositing $10 or more will award players with a 80% matched deposit cash reward of up to $1,000, after wagering requirements are met.
9. 3rd Deposit Card
   • Depositing $10 or more will award players with a 100% matched deposit cash reward of up to $1,500 & 20 $0.20 Free Spins on 9 Masks of Fire after wagering requirements are met.
10. The New Player Casino Welcome Offer cash Spins must be used within 3 days of being claimed. Winnings from those cash Spins are instantly credited to the player’s real money balance that can be withdrawn.
11. For each activated Deposit Card of the New Player Casino Welcome Offer, the player will need to wager their deposit amount 20 times on slots using real money before they can claim and withdraw the reward/s.
12. The player can make withdrawals of their real money balance without forfeiting their New Player Casino Welcome Offer. The player can also make and wager more than one deposit in order to contribute to the wagering requirement of the offer. However, for each activated Deposit Card of the New Player Casino Welcome Offer, only the first deposit will count towards the Deposit Match Offer.
13. The maximum offer amount awarded from the 1st 100% Deposit Match Offer is $500.
14. The maximum offer amount awarded from the 2nd 80% Deposit Match Offer is $1,000.
15. The maximum offer amount awarded from the 3rd 100% Deposit Match Offer is $1,500.
16. When playing towards the wagering for any of the New Player Casino Welcome Offer Cards, the player’s deposited funds will be used, until the wagering requirement is met, and the cash funds are unlocked to be claimed.
17. The player needs to fulfill the wagering requirement within 7 days from the date the deposit has been made.
18. Bets made with real money funds deposited during the wagering of the New Player Casino Welcome Offer will contribute towards the wagering of the offer.
19. Players who do not wish to use the New Player Casino Welcome Offer can either decline the offer via the Offer Cards as shown on the players ‘My Offers’ page, or allow the offer to expire.
20. The player will need to wager their deposit amount 20 times using real money before they can claim and withdraw the rewards.
21. The player can make withdrawals of their real money balance without forfeiting their New Player Casino Welcome Offer. The player can also make and wager more than one deposit in order to contribute to the wagering requirement of the offer.
22. Certain games have a lower contribution ratio:
    • The following games contribute 70% to the wagering requirement: Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive.
    • The following games contribute 40% to the wagering requirement: Fan Tan, Bac Bo.
    • The following games contribute 30% to the wagering requirement: Baccarat.
    • The following games contribute 20% to the wagering requirement: Blackjack, Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, and Craps.
    • The following games contribute 10% to the wagering requirement: First Person Blackjack, First Person Roulette, First Person Dragon Tiger, First Person Craps, First Person Football Studio, First Person Baccarat, First Person Mega Ball, and Cash or Crash.
23. Royal Panda may, at its sole discretion, exclude any customer from receiving selected promotions (e.g. guaranteed best price; bonuses; free bets; enhanced prices; and money-back specials) and any other promotions and offers.
24. Royal Panda reserves the right to exclude, cancel or remove bonuses and/or bonus winnings from accounts that have been deemed to be fraudulent by, for example, placing multiple bets on the same event to cover all outcomes.
25. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached, Royal Panda reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and – in their absolute discretion – void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, Royal Panda reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
26. In the event that Royal Panda deems the gameplay is showing signs of bonus abuse, players, or groups of players, might be excluded from claiming further bonuses.
27. If a player’s account is self-excluded or blocked during the campaign period, the player will not be eligible to receive the bonus.
28. Royal Panda reserves the right to cancel, change and/or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
